General booking conditions

Article 1 :

The owner undertakes to ensure personally the reception of the vacationers with all the desirable attentions allowing to facilitate their stay and the knowledge of the City and the Country. As well as the breakfast service and best meet the expectations of its guests.

Article 2 :

Conclusion of the contract: The reservation becomes effective as soon as the Owner has received from the customer a non refundable deposit of 25% of the price of the stay. The payment of this deposit is equivalent to the acceptance of the general conditions.

Article 3 :

Payment of the balance: The balance is to be paid on arrival at the owner. Payment can be made in cash in CFA Franc or Euro, or bank transfers via our website. Bank charges are the responsibility of the customers.

Article 4 :

Cancellation by the client: Due to the small size of our guest house, any cancellation or no show affects us significantly.

a) In all cases the deposit remains with the owner who reserves the right to claim the balance of the price of the stay.

b)

If the client does not show up before 7pm the day of the beginning of the stay, and not having informed of his delay, the owner can dispose of his bed and breakfast. The deposit remains with the owner.

c)

In case of shortened stay compared to the reservation initially envisaged, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation initially envisaged remains entirely acquired with the owner.

d)

In case of cancellation after arrival, or no show the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired to the owner.

Article 5 :

Cancellation by the owner: When, before the beginning of the stay, the owner cancels the stay, he must inform the customer and ensure that the message has been received by the customer. The customer without prejudging recourse for compensation for any damage suffered, will be refunded immediately sums paid.

Article 6 :

Arrival: The client must appear on the specified day and at the times mentioned on the site. In case of late or delayed arrival, the customer must inform the owner.

Article 7 :

Departures are made before 11:00.

Article 8 :

Use of the premises: The client must respect the peaceful character of the place and use it according to their destination. He is committed to making the rooms in good condition. In case of damage, the customer agrees to reimburse the costs incurred.

Article 9 :

We reserve the right to change your choice of room for a room of the same category or higher, if necessary.

Article 10 :

Capacity: The reservation is established for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is able to deny additional guests without canceling the booking;

Article 11 :

Animals: Animals are not allowed. In case of non-compliance with this clause by the customer, the owner may refuse the animals. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or a breach of reservation at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure of the customer, no refund can be considered. We do not keep the details of customers' credit cards after payment has been made.
